And we need him, but can't afford him.

Don't convince me on Sneijder. I always hated the little turd. But objectively seen he might be able to cut it at 30 years old for at least 1,5 years. Drogba was also said to be finished when he moved to Asia, he proved everyone (myself included) wrong afterwards.

It isnt any less awful than Serie A.Ofcourse he is playing for the money but there's also an incentive for him and that being competing for the CL.Its not like he traded Napoli for a random Qatari club that bears no significance in world football.Lets acknowledge the fact that he plays for a better team than Juventus and has done well in this year's CL thus far.

He plays 'second fiddle' to Ibra because their team runs through Ibra.Cavani isnt been played in his preferred position and thats caused a dip in his form and performances and shot down his confidence in the process.That doesnt mean he has turned into Torres overnight tho.
Anyway the main talking point was the swap which i would consider without a second's thought and probably the only way we can afford someone of his caliber.Not that this is likely to happen anyway.

Regarding the Sneijder and Drogba comparison,you should realize Drogba isnt there at Chelsea playing week in week out albeit doing well in the opportunities he's got.Drogba's time in Turkey doesnt hold any relevance to me.
Whereas we're bringing Sneijder to start him week in week out and actually depend on him to deliver big performances,we're talking completely different circumstances here.Its hard to get an unmotivated guy who's in pre-retirement mode to do that.We're much much better of looking elsewhere,getting a more hungrier and younger player.

You never know. I actually said last Summer we need a proper winger/AM/SS which should be our priority because we're too thin in that department. We brought nobody and now it seems they see there's a hole in there. It seems the management don't want to lose the scudetto. Hopefully it's not a panic buy because I can't see players like Jovetic, Pastore or Mkhitaryan being available, especially with Beppe's attitude: loan + option.

The fact is brother that while they may be better players, what's the point of signing them if they're not going to stay for the long term or they're always linked to a move away? Tevez already said he isn't renewing his contract and Pogba will inevitably leave soon. Currently, you guys have the better team, but we're building for the med to long term. Juve has an old team and there are no signs showing that that's going to change.

Buffon? He's still too good to let go but we have Leali and are after Neto who is a decent keeper too. If both don't work out we'll go for Perin
Barzagli is replaced by Bonucci (27) already. There's also Ogbonna (26) who has been good in back 4 whenever called upon. He can replace Chiellini or play instead of Bonucci. We also have Rugani (20), probably the most promising CB along with Romagnoli in the league.

Pirlo? Marchisio (29) is taking his place.
Tevez is a tough one, I'll give you that.
Llorente has been garbage this season and Morata (22) has scored as much being given much less time. He also looks better on the pitch - more lively and useful than Llorente. Morata is not a starting material yet but Allegri might be forced to play him since Llorente sucks which could turn out very well for the kid and for us n the end.

As for Mancini and Allegri - both are poor on European level and nothing to brag about.

I didn't mean to say any of that. It means he would play in another team in his preferred position if he could get the same amount of money elsewhere. If we could pay him 10m, he'd rush to Turin and ban in some goals like there's no tomorrow instead of wasting his talent as a pseudo-winger.

And you're talking about Drogba now, I'm talking abput him years ago, when he was in China or whatever. He was playing for the money, but came back to Galatasaray and killed it in the CL... He was the one to knock us out, not Sneijder because incidently scored that goal.

What we're bringing Sneijder for, whether sitting on our bench or starting week in, week out, is pure speculation. But it's luckily over. We've moved on from him.

Our mentality has changed and not for the good!
I remember when we beat the likes of Inter and Napoli without much trouble and I also remember us beating Roma away from home! I cant say I expect us to do so again this year...
The truth is Roma are stronger than last season while we are weaker!
The scudetto chances for us and Roma stand at 55%-45% to our favor while last season despite Roma`s great campaign stood at 90%-10%
On CL you can say we have a better campaign but you can also say we were extremely unlucky last year as that loss against Gala wouldnt have happened without that weather condition

Actually I think you are underrating Diamanti.. I dont see him as our ideal purchase but he is not a bad player...
As for Zaza - He is ok but I agree if you look for starters he shouldnt be mentioned!

What is the point in spending money on another mediocre AMF, in particular that we all know that this position is crucial and should be booked only for remarkable players. I have been watching this team since their first Bundesliga victory under Klopp management. It's quite comfortable in Poland, where I live, because we have a lot of Bundesliga games in open TV. I saw Mkhytaryan last season as well, trust me, he is not good solution for us.

He wouldn't make top of the list of the attacking mids I'd pick for Juventus but he's somewhat affordable and much better than Sneijder. I don't know what you still see in a player that played good Football for a few years and went back to mediocrity. His last years at Inter were laughable.

Last season he was good for them. Pereyra could only dream of stats the Armenian pulled off. However I'd look somewhere else if it was up to me.
