There are no arguments in this case. You can't justify a whole nations transfers. Every player/person is different in this sense and there isn't a standard for the population. I would simply say that Germans like many other nationalities want to stay close to their roots instead of go abroad.
To be fair to him, it took the Germans some thinking and hard work to turn things around after 2002. What they did was impressive in order to develop new talent and they were successful as we can see.

There was a time Brazilian players didn't want or need to leave Brazil. I think the same is happening in Germany now. Maybe when they revamped their Football it was in the mentality of most developed players to stay and make their own league stronger.

...You obviously also dont realize, that the Serie A is not attractice at all for our top players/talents...
1st of all, i need to say that i agree with you on most things you say. its the part above where i cant agree with you and i think its simply not true. Gomez (whos grandparents are spanish btw.) for example refused the biggest spanish club Real Madrid for a move to Fiorentina. all that when he scored 12 CL goals and was a starter for the german NT the year before and was the 2nd best scorer (with an incredible goals per match and goals per minute ratio) in the triple crown winning Bayern squad. if you know that Reals main striker was Benzema at that time (who was not in the kind of form he is now, often whistled by Madrid fans and called to be sold), you can see that he had very good chances to become a starter there eventually. but he decided to move to Fiorentina instead because they convinced him WITH A GREAT PROJECT HE WANTED TO BE PART OF. you understand that Fiorentina is an unattractive team even for the unattractive serie a?

the point is, any player (no matter if german or not) would play for any team if they meet his demands and if they both have the same goal. you cant say any german top talent would refuse joining Juve and would rather play for a midtable BL (or even worse, EPL) side. that is simply not true. the problem is, Juventus (and most of italian top teams) havent tried to sign a german top talent lately (because they are hell expensive and serie a is in a crisis/no money) so we cant really present examples when a german player refused/or not a serie a team (i know of one, Kempf refusing Juve 2 years ago, but he was 16-17 at the time and he said he is too young to leave his country. this has nothing to do with the unattractive serie a, he would probably refuse anyone at the time. you can see now that he moved to Freiburg when Ginter left to get more playing time and establishing himself before moving to a top club)...

Werner could play for Bayern, but he refused to go there cos he loves his homeclub and wants to develop there before doing the next step and every top talent thinks that way..BTW these players could go to any club its not like Juve is the only big club showing interest..Bayern, Dortmund, Schalke, Leverkusen or Wolfsburg are the German Top clubs so of course they would prefer such moves before going to Serie A..they have free choice to go anywhere or do u think only u guys r following them?

How can a $#@! club like Napoli keep their players like Hamsik? Cos Laurentiis is tough to deal with..same with Wolfsburg. If they have a contract, then of course these clubs can hold onto such players. I said the top talents wont come and believe it or not, but thats the reality. ;)

Brandt and Goretzka for example also had offers from Bayern, but look where they r playing now..Schalke and Leverkusen..WHY? cos they wants the best development and progress in peace.
and thats it. those players even refuse Bayern because thats the path they chose. you cant say those players would never come to serie a because they refused some offers at a young stage of their career...

i like to divide young top talents into 2 gropus. the 1st group are the one with guts, who come to a top club at a young age and want to fight their way for a starting spot (Pogba, Morata, Coman, Varane, Verratti, Thiago Alcantara etc.) and then you have the second group, players who like to play it "safe" and spend a few seasons in their original club before being ready and moving to a top club (Berardi, some of those germans you mentioned, Neymar the summer before he joined Barca, Tielmans etc). so, you have to look at every player individualy. you cant say german top talents dont want to come to serie a and not having a proof for that. i agree that serie a clubs cant afford top german talents because of their high buy out clauses/high demands from the selling club. maybe Juve if they sell Vidal or Roma if they sell Pjanic and Strootman would have enough money for such a move. until that happens (an actual offer from a serie a team for a german top player/talent that is refused/accepted) we can only make assumptions.

and btw. i have a question about Thomas Tuchel. is he moving to a top club anytime soon? he is a top young coach IMO and he has been at Mainz long enough. im surprised he still havent moved on yet. or is he waiting for Klopp to leave Dortmund to take his job? im also surprised Schalke or HSV havent approached him yet as they both struggle for a good coach in the recent years. and where do you see him in the future? BL or abroad somewhere?

Its astounding that he had such a childish reply to what was a fairly excellent and meticolous post by Nostradamus (nice to read between him and zizinho), then gets suprised he gets questionned on the petty behaviour.
