But, tell me a player who has been consistently a briliant full-back since he was 20 years old?
Consistently brilliant FB since he was 20, I don't have one, I have 3: A) Nesta B) Stam C) Maldini, and they all play for the same team.

There has NEVER been a single season, where for overall performances Neville was bad.
You are right, he has just always been bad.

And 129 goals in 155 games, tell you everything about RVN!
Agree with Graham's first post about how he taps his way to worthlessness.

I'd have him in my team above anyone else, also Neville is a winner, and he'll give you 150% effort ni every game!
I am pretty sure common sense and physics has shown that is is impossible to give more than 100% of anything.

You know what I think about Roy Keane.
I don't, so don't assume. But you want to know what I think about him? I know you cannot contain your excitement. Well, if his name was ever mentioned in the same breath as Best or Cryuff or anyone of that caliber, this is what I would do in their face:

Whatever, i am not interested in the anti-Man Utd, anti-EPL arguements, frankly they get very boring!
The reason being that you have to lie in wait as multiple persons rip apart your favorite team and the league in which they play. All of this happens without anything you can say to defend yourself. Of course you should be furious, I would, but if I may borrow a quote from DMX - "Preacher tellin' the truth and it hurts."

Nesta and Stam are centre backs, not full back. But add Cafu to that list, add Zambrotta, add Lizarazu, add Thuram (b4 he became a centre-back kinda like Maldini in age, add Dennis Irwin (I hate to admit but true,) add Roberto Carlos, Sergi... but please DO NOT ADD GARY NEVILLE!

You are right, he has just always been bad.
He has determination and absolutely no skill. The occassional cross, but then if u play at that level week in week out, something has to rub off:D

People try to make Ruud seem like some kinda god. For cryng out loud! He is just another lucky bast**d. Pippo was better in his hey day, Crespo is better, I forgot to mention the phenomenom, Ronaldo. And these are his contemporaries. I will not even dignify him by mentioning some of the old greats. Hey, I forgot Raul, Romario (won't put him as past since he recently retired), Shearer, I could go on.

I am pretty sure common sense and physics has shown that is is impossible to give more than 100% of anything.

How can someone even think of it? That is a CAPITAL CRIME.

But, tell me a player who has been consistently a briliant full-back since he was 20 years old? There has NEVER been a single season, where for overall performances Neville was bad. And since Becks left, He's got even better, because Ronaldo rarely defends, and Gary has been getting forward more as well, and his crossing with both feet has improved incredible. I'd have him in my team above anyone else, also Neville is a winner, and he'll give you 150% effort ni every game!

Rio, is the best defender in the world right now, he hasnt had ONE single bad game since returning from a ban.

your opinions are very questionable due to the fact that you are a fan of two teams

Keane is a complete ass. If he ever tried to do to me what he did to a player in the EPL (Holland maybe, I really cant remember who it was) when he confessed in his book that he tried to injure him on purpose, and he did, I'd break his legs the first chance I got. He's a fucking disgrace to football, one of the dirtiest players to ever play. He and Rooney are reasons enough why every football fan in the world should hate Mancester United.

Ahh, another one of those people...so you are another of the opinion that tap-ins are easy? So tell, why does every striker NOT get 20 goals a season? And why is it that other strikers cant score 'tap-ins', i point to players like Henry. The fact is that you need something a little extra to get those type of goals, its like a sixth sense!

I can see Ferdinand, maybe Ronaldo, but Gary Neville? That would be one of the biggest joke choices on the whole Euro squad.
Well considering Gary neville has been the best defender in the EPL for about 5 years now you'd probably better retract that statement.
