well good thing you don't have the american system as well just to complicate matters more
true :)

all this confusion comes from how the vbookie enters the odds - what you see on the event page would suggest that fractional odds are used but when you create the event, the system actually turns them into decimal odds by just doing the division of the two numbers the bookie has entered. e.g. if I enter 10 to 1 in the event page, the system treats this as 10.00 decimal odds in the calculations, while at the same time labels the column by 10/1, which should really be 9/1 if fractional odds were being used.
that's why it can be a bit confusing at first if you know the diff between fractional and decimal odds. :D

Marty, can't you correct it? :D It should be easy. It's basically the current fraction system -1 (minus one).
that's not the issue - actually it never was as there is no way to confuse fractional with decimal odds here, apart from mere labeling. The problem is that the original betting options were rearranged and I am not sure if anyone remembers what they used to be :D

yep. the bets are not tied to the betting options/labels - you can move the labels around but the bets stay put. But no worries, we'll figure it out ;)

I ain't trusting a Milan fan on this. :D
Hehe it's the truth though. That's what I meant before.

Say you put a bet on Bendtner as top scorer (lol) but that name was changed to Matri (lol again, don't check what I bet for btw ;)),

If Matri ends up the winner, whoever bet on Bendtner would win as well. The same goes for losses obviously.

Regarding the odds that's another thing completely. I'm not a bookie so I'm not used to setting these events up but as long as the bookies enter it correctly we're fine. :)

being academically educated doesn't mean much. some of the dumbest people or those who never achieved much academically are also some of the richest and most successful people in the world today
