That's a hands tattoo, which is most put by bums and people who have no jobs. I got a scar on my right hand, and I wanted to put a tattoo on it, to make it less visible, and the tattooist refused. He said to me that I would never get hired with a tattoo on my hands/fingers, not even at Mcdonalds. But there's nothing wrong with a forearm tattoo.
