I got the funniest story. During senior week one of my friends went to one of the Henna places at the boardwalk and got a tat of Bob Marley and thought it was real. You should've seen the thing though, it was like a smiley face with curly hair.

I hope this is the right place to post this.

A friend of my wife's cousin just got this tattoo. Not that I would ever get anything like this but i thihnk it's a great piece of artwork:

I have a tattoo of what looks like a stain on my deck. That way everytime I look at it I end up trying to rub it off or getting someone else to help

I recently met a woman in a wheelchair with two scalded legs from a house fire. She pointed out some other woman with a tattoo on her leg and said, "If I had legs like that, I wouldn't fuck them up the way she did."

That pretty much summarizes my feelings about tattoos.

Certain tattoos look cool if they have meaning or aren't corny.
Totally agree. They must mean something important and inherent to the person. Just trivial shit on our body permanently makes no sense

Yeah, but even if they don't mean something, the design itself can be really cool. I like stuff like that.

I wouldn't get em myself :D
I guess but to me if they don't mean something that important those trivial likes can change over time

No, me neither. I sometimes like an individual design, though nothing cliche, or political/gang related/nationalistic, but I wonder how people can be happy to have them forever. There is nothing I would want permanently on me, and I just find non-tattooed bodies to be much more attractive.

Got four of em, two I got when I was 16 and completely regret getting them. The other two I had designed myself so much happier with those two. Word of advice for anyone looking to get one, give it a lot of thought, at least two months I would suggest. Once you've a design in mind, wait the two months or more and see if you're still happy with the idea.

:agree: That's the thing about me. I change my mind all the time.
