He is right you know. European legislation on corruption and nepotism isn't your average criminal law. The penalties for all clubs involved should've been much higher.

Thank you, Eric.:D

It seems older members are much realistic about Juve.

All- the penalties weren't right and we agree on that.

My problem with the Lawyer's statements and even the Management is that we shouldn't put our dirty laundry out like that.Whether we deserved it or not, we keep it inside. And that is something that the management doesnt do well.

Lets see if we can get a good point reduction now, and i hope that DD has prepared his players for the worst.

Ah, but that is a strictly cultural and subjective statement.

what you seem to miss here is the timing of the statement, we are actively trying to get a points reduction here. by claiming we deserved a harsher punishment we would be as well dropping our trousers and bending over the table at the hearing...no...wait...they already did thaht in the first instance.

i along with many of our feellow fans here have been realistic about this from the start and said that we deserved a punishment, however, the manner in which the trial and penalties were handed out was unbalanced, discriminatory and weighted in inters favour by their "boys". if he was going to make this statement they shouldd have done it long ago or well after this final hearing.

i say we get rid of this clown and bring in our own legal heavyweight

step up mr Padovanno, if we dont get the reduction we deserve he will leave a little surprise in their shoes afterwards:toast:

it's easier to love the old board, moggi & co., we had 10 years of succes, great surprise transfers, we were kicking inter's ass all the time...everything was lovely-jubbly. on the other hand you have this completelly new board, elected in the shortest time possible, who have a fallen giant on their hands, furious fans, CONI appeals, 10 times less resources, in short everything working against them. yet they have to bring the club to its former glory in the fastest possible way. the choice is obvious of course, but fffs people get real and give it time before you send the whole board to hell.

i know, i don't like it as well. but i hate the fact that most are bitching and talking moggi this, old board that. yeah it was great but now it's over. we're fucked up and the new board is doing everything it can to get us going, i don't think anyone ever praised them for anything. hell, like moggi and co. would do any better then them in this situation.

I don´t believe these things should be kept inside.

This is the first time I actually heard something from our lawyer official sice the Scandal.

We and the other teams were spared by the FIGC eventually.

Because according to rules, Juventus should have been demoted to Serie C and the other Clubs to Serie B, cause Juve had the most points in law broken.

Not only our lawyer has done good job, all the lawyers did.

This stage of the club's life needs people who are keen to fight for the club more than just to soap what they receive from others...

If this lawyer and his Cobolli think that it is a mission impossible to rescue the club, there are many others who are keen to take the job, and get the best for the club...

Good point, Vlatko.

The most important thing is that the new Board is clean and fair unlike Moggi & Co.

They are very ambitious, but slightly inexperienced.

Anyway, I believe in them and definitely prefer them instead of cheating bitch Moggi.

I wish he had a life-time ban from football!

haven't they fought? haven't they threatened to go to TAR? what if they went to TAR and we got fucked up even more, the whole serie a, the whole italian NT? what then? why are you so keen on this fighting thing, it's not like we were guaranteed succes? i agree we were fucked up a lot more than the others, and unfairly tbh, but no more could have been done by this board. if you think some other people would have done better you're dilusional, there are a lot more powerfull people in italian football and we all know who they are. so you better make your peace with it and start concentrating on where we are, not where we aren't and where we could have been.

I believe we have the right board and thy are capable of resurrecting us.

And they haven´t said it is mission impossible, they said it will take 5 years.

What we really need is cash injection from Agnelli´s.
