Nothing, I already knew I had at least one cyst but didn't know/didn't remember I had two more since the last time my balls were checked was like 12 years ago. They benign but can sometimes hurt although I never experienced pain like that before. Just ibuprofen and more supportive boxers will do. I'm fine now.
