I-95 is the biggest scam currently setup by the govt. the same stretch will be under construction for decades, always has traffic, shit condition. Pretty sure it’s a front to take taxpayer money into certain people’s pockets

The PA turnpike is just as bad, but at least they are better with treating the roads. There's something weird about Richmond VA, they're never prepared for anything for some reason.

These people are going to be stuck here for several more hours as the temps are mid-20's.
