So I handed in my notice at work today. Went slightly better than expected and amicable at least. I said we'll just agree to disagree on quite a few things, especially how employees are treated differently, and just shook hands.

He started to back down a little when I was walking off and said maybe he did make the wrong decision but I just said that we all make decisions and just deal with them in life. I can't be fairer than I have been, and work takes up far too much of your time to spend it unhappy.

:agree: Life is far too short to waste it on work bullshit. Hopefully only better things to come.

Looks like it's time for a change. I wish you all the best. Sucks that some employers don't realise a good thing until it's gone.

There is no party called 'True Finns'. It's called 'The Finns' and their policies read like a excerpt from Merkel's party from 10-15 years ago but now fairly centrist policies are 'far-right' according to media.

https://everipedia.org/wiki/lang_en/Finns_Party
As with most parties Persut (The Finns) have some more extreme and then some less extreme politicians. Many of their more moderate politicians exited the party after one of the more extreme politicians took over. Some of the more extreme ones have strong connections to the far-right nazi groups in Finland. They are a very conservative party with no real economic policies. All their policies more or less revolve around immigration.
