Sorry I forgot I need to elaborate.

And then you woke up with heart palpitating, perspiring profusely with terror in your eyes.

It's that 16 yo girl again.
Only solution is to kill. KILL HER and dispose of the corpse.

I've seen Lockup I know what they do to sex offenders in prison and its not happening to me.

@GordoDeCentral @Dostoevsky

Seeing the SJWs go apeshit over Handke winning the Nobel for literature is beautiful. Their little tantrum over another white european male winning (never mind that Polish writer - and feminist - Olga Tokarczuk won the 2018 at the same time), and especially one with as controversial a history as Handke is fantastic. I love that these morons can't seem to separate literary achievement from personal life and viewpoints. :lol2:

Man. I kept talking about it over the past two days. I wish it's only SJW but it's countries too. I mean... what the fuck. Sure, the guy loves Serbia. I personally think it's great he wore tshirt TARGET during 1999 and kept coming here showing his support toward our people. I also like how he called a ministry guy from German as someone from ministry of killing lol. I see Albania, Bosnia and many other individuals pissed about it! Seriously!? Let's not fucking kid ourselves. It's a literature prize. Don't overanalize his political/life views, but talk about his fucking books. Imagine Turgenev hated Serbia. Of course I'd be pissed about it, even angry, but there's no way I'd downgrade his books. I might even rate his book the highest and say it's my favorite, why the fuck not, it's HIS BOOK. Handke wrote over 80 books including plays. Seriously. You literally need to read at least 10 of his books to have a general idea while giving a healthy argument of why should he or should not win it IMO. Sadly, we do not have many translated work of his. It was usually small publishing houses that came out with his work (300 books which were sold). I think this will lead to many translations now, though.

I've read a dozen or so of his books translated into English. He's a great writer. I have never understood how people can dismiss the achievements of artists/writers/musicians/etc due to political views and personal life (and much worse with SJW retards, on gender and ethnicity). Not to mention, Handke's views were more about the human condition, the value of the struggle in life, and the fact that war crimes and atrocities being committed were not just a one-sided thing during that conflict, or any conflict.

It was the same deal with Casey Affleck winning the Oscar the other year for his great performance in Manchester by the Sea. Right during the #metoo #believeher bullshit. He'd been accused of sexual harassment years prior and settled without any admission of guilt, and the sheer number of feminists and dumb actresses throwing tantrums about his nomination and eventual win was nauseating. Brie Larson even refusing to shake his hand after presenting him with the oscar, the dumb bitch. In this case he hadn't even been found guilty of something.

Yeah, it's absolutely disgusting. People are morons without a doubt.

By the way, many of the (brain) critics say that this win is finally showing Nobel prize isn't going down the bad road like it used to. Many say they are finally rewarding someone who's actually good. I quite often visit goodreads and I see he's not really rated there nor many people voted for his books, which is quite strange. I'm yet to read his work.

Having said that, we have a book fair coming in 8 days. I'm making a list of what to buy. Not a huge budget but I usually don't buy much over the year so I buy there for a (big) discount.

Nice. Have fun there, dude.

I have about 100 unread books on my shelves, so I've been attempting to stop myself from buying new books lately. Somewhat successful so far. I have been upgrading editions of classic favourites though. Picked up Folio Society Limited Editions of Ovid's Metamorphoses, Boccaccio's Decameron, Tolstoy's War and Peace, and Stoker's Dracula in the last few months. :tuttosport:

I'm a cave person. This is the first time I hear about Folio. I wish I was left unknowing. That looks like porn. :cry: Give me some photos! I can't believe how great that looks, that's insane man...
