You should see a doctor, maybe you need to stitch. If it's not too bad (like in my case 3 yrs ago) you just can bath it in Kamillosan (it's made out of the natural extract of the manzana chamomilla) 3 times per day for some weeks. You should abstain form having sex for some time (at least 2 weeks). When you think it's getting better and you think you're ready to have sex again start with a condom, it protects your fragile frenulum, and start slowly and careful. Always make sure that it's moist enough wherever you put your penis in.
So in my case I did that chamomilla thing for 2 weeks, avoided sex (and in the first days errections if possible, lol), started carefully with a condom and it worked not too bad. After some time I didn't use condoms anymore. And 2 months after the incident I had probably rough sex and it wasn't moist enough, so it teared once more, but just a very little. But that showed me to be very careful, and that's what I still am.
