I've lived in big cities my whole life, it's not so bad up here. I've got a decent social life, there's plenty to do as well. It's just that I miss being around other black folks, specifically other Somalis. I miss hearing the Somali language, I miss the noise. It's too damn quiet here, so tame. Last Saturday I went out with a group of girls, had a good time it's been a long time since I went out. I got very drunk 
spent 90% of the time on the dance floor and worked out a decent sweat. Afterward, we went to this house party, the vast majority we're fucked on molly and they were all sitting down on the floor

The majority of the guys here are effeminate as fuck, gossip like crazy, talk shit about other guys to women to make themselves look better, super cold towards other males. God knows how badly I wanted to make one of em have a full on make-out session with my fist.
Here I'll give you an example when I got to the bar with the girls, they went to a large table that had plenty of people. The way I grew up before you sit at a table with strangers you shake hands, introduce yourself if you don't know them, if you do you still touch paws. I went around said wassup to all of em, then took my seat. Then this one fraud comes a bit later, does kinda the same thing but full on ignores me, it's cool. Fast forward, 30-40 mins, I'm on the dance floor doing my own thing, some of those girls I get along with come thru on their own and join me. I'm vibing, I'm 2 stepping having a good time, most the time because I'm drunk as fuck I was dancing with my eyes closed. I only opened my eyes in maybe 4-5 specific situations, some thirsty broad bumping into me trying to get my attention, some broad getting extra aggressive and slapping me with her hair ( i shit you not!! ), one of the girls grabbing my hand and dancing with me cause they trying to get away from someone hitting on them, and the last time was when that same shit head who purposefully ignores me stands next to me and pokes me with his elbow and is like wassup. By God I wanted to swing at that very instant.
At the same time, I met a few solid guys, like this one guy who is some sort of ranger, he specializes in hunting polar bears that get to close to remote communities all over Nunavut. I try to be as positive as I can, but I need to find a good way to let go of some tension, the last thing I want to do here is getting into a fight. I want to hit the gym or something but it's like 100$/month subscription and I gotta cab it there round trip, 14$/per round trip. To make that subscription worth it, I need to go there at least 3 times a week and it'll cost 168$/month that's CRAZY! Only physical exercise I get is when I fuck tbh
