For one serving yes. I have tried mixed berries, kiwi and pineapple too (even spinach to make it green and be fancy but spinach is best when sauteed and served with yogurt and walnuts

)- banana is the essential I never get bored of. The most convenient also. I buy, chop, freeze and use in smoothies.

Fruits are delicious on their own, I don't need to turn them into smoothies to force myself to eat them
The reason I've been making smoothies is to eliminate my craving for ice cream. The smoothies I make are so delicious I spend the whole day waiting for the time I go home and welcome myself with one
