That's a blessing and a curse at the same time. You can go straight forward anf cover something like the renaissance or go with something more challenging like say the evolution of the role of mountained forces in the history of warfare.

I already wrote about renaissance some year ago, so can't pick it again, but evolution of warfare definitely looks interesting, and i'll look more into it. Thanks
