Going to the grand prix in monza, will be spending 2 days in milan and 2 in bologna, any tips on nightlife, restaurants, or other fun things to do are much appreciated @Seven @Tanu_Mz
Hello mate, I live in Monza so if you are going to spend some time in town give me a call and will meet for a pint.
In Milano you can just go to the Navigli area (the canal) and it's bursting with bars and restaurants. Also the less known amongst foreigners area of Isola (near Garibaldi station) is very good and plenty of places.
Send me a pm with phone, I'll WhatsApp more precise indications

Well Saturday night (Milan) near Porta Garibaldi (Corso Como/Corso Garibaldi) was pretty dope, wasn't expecting Milanese people to just fill the streets and start partying.

What do you mean?
Your body can't absorb that many vitamins, you end up pissing out like 90% of them. I might be exaggerating the numbers but for the most part, taking multivitamins is pointless if you eat a normal, balanced diet. If you eat like shit, sure but you're still getting way more vitamins than you could ever need.
