You can't qualify best.
And look at their methodology, they basucally just ask people around the globe what they think about those various countries
It's maybe a study of which countries are perceived best, but nothing more.

while profit is miserable. It's 10% of the book price while you never have the actual feedback of how many were sold. So... in that case I'd be getting like 0.5e for one book sold. 
that's... not encouraging.
