Yep, this shithole of a country is inefficient at everything it does.

Prior to this, I did about two hours and half of other paperwork just to get the required documents for my renewal.

I paid like $43 and it's fuckin Bolivia where minimum wage is $250 a month.

43 dollars and I still have to do around 4 or more hours of paperwork and queuing.
