Got a job offer for the position i wanted. They asked me for salary expectations and i gave them a figure i thought was unrealistically high, expecting a negotiation down to what i wanted, and they accepted immediately. now im concerned i asked for too little but its too late :(
Hey guys. I just got a blowjob, but she didn't swallow. What should I do? I was expecting her to swallow, she can't swallow it now, 'cause it's all over my stomach and her tits. Should I ask her beforehand next tiem or just force her head on it, when I cum? Big problem. SAD.

Here's a scenerio for you lot:

I take over a department in August.

A negative rating of that department happens in October.

Nothing I have done caused that negative rating.

The two people who held the position before me are now criticising my efforts to correct the negative rating.

How much shit do I tolerate from them before pointing out that I am trying to correct a problem I inherited from them?

Keep in mind I don't give a toss that they criticise me, but I really object to them undermining projects that I have instigated (some to correct the negative rating, some not).

Success is the best revenge, deflect their shit with asking for and then praising their opinion/advice, don't show any antagonism now imo

I haven't praised their comments, but I have given the appearance of listening to them.

Other people I speak to suggest there are more signs of attempts to improve things in the last few months that in the previous several years.

Not that trying to improve things is the same as actually improving things.

Received a call from the school's office of equality and diversity, they asked me to go and meet them. Thought they wanted to talk about Trump's travel ban etc. Today I went there and was told that they'd received reports suggesting that I might have been subjected to sexual harassment by a faculty/staff member. I'm still completely confused. Of course i said it's absolutely not true but for the next half an hour they kept asking questions about each and every male professor that I'd worked with and whether they had ever made inappropriate approaches/propositions, which quickly got very uncomfortable and rather frustrating. When i was leaving what bothered me the most was that i could see in their faces that they hadn't believed me. It was the weirdest 30 minutes of my life.

Literal sense, he just got new nice job and considerably more money then expected. That oughta be a natural high and just enjoy yourself.

I'm moving back to the Bay Area for it though so that money will go to just barely covering my rent. :pado:

Sounds like you were subject to harassment by the office of diversity and equality
