i take 0 supplements, i just make sure i have a balanced & healthy diet(the only notable supplements i took before were protein and creatine). And fint is right it does cost a little more to eat healthy as opposed to say fast food or protein low alternatives.

Only thing Ive every spent money on (aside from Protein shakes) were fat burners. They worked somewhat, but damn are they bad for you.

Agreed, it was a shortcut that was suggested to me, but I'd never endorse them. Only took them for the month (which is what they advise), but having lost the stone i wanted to, I'm just sticking to exercise and healthy diet now
