i take 0 supplements, i just make sure i have a balanced & healthy diet(the only notable supplements i took before were protein and creatine). And fint is right it does cost a little more to eat healthy as opposed to say fast food or protein low alternatives.

Agreed, it was a shortcut that was suggested to me, but I'd never endorse them. Only took them for the month (which is what they advise), but having lost the stone i wanted to, I'm just sticking to exercise and healthy diet now
