It was Edward Jones, I didn't take it, but I would have essentially lived in a hotel in New York for a few months while I studied.

After completion, I could use their name and set up my own office, all paid by me, but could at least use their name.

By the way, is RUS still banned?
Before I went to Law School, I was a broker. Had my Series 7. Worked like a monkey, cold calling people for 8 months. Then, I went off to Michigan and soon thereafter, the SEC shut the whole office down for selling phony stocks. People went to prison. A few years later I saw the film "Boiler Room" and fuck, it was my life on film. It gave me the chills. Same shit, except I was never smart enough to run my own casino. I was a new college graduate desperate to find a job. Google "F.N. Wolf Raleigh Office" and the story should come up. I really liked my boss. He was a brilliant man who used his powers for crime for some unknown reason. He testified against everyone and avoided prison, but soon got in more trouble in his next venture and got 10 years Federal time. He is still serving that sentence. Google "Stan Van Etten" if you don't believe me.

The Wolf of Wall Street.
Yeah, Frank Wolf, of F.N. Wolf fame, was banned for life from trading, so not much of a Wall Street wolf these days. I haven't seen that movie yet, but I really want to. Having children has successfully kept me out of the theaters. And Netflix sucks.

Just ran into Garcelle Beauvais, Terri Vaughn, Essence Atkins and one more famous face I could not put a name to. Wouldn't be so odd except this is Trinidad and not Hollywood or New York. Go figure.

I hear your pain, but may I present a major group local to me?

Please watch/listen to the whole thing...

Yep, been here exactly three weeks now. Settling in, still trying to find work though... little frustrating that I haven't heard back from anywhere I applied. Oh well, shouldn't be surprised with the job market these days I guess. Took me two months to find a job last time I was looking for one.

Did you get an autograph? I heard people do that when they see someone famous. That or standing and staring like an idiot. Like what I do. :shifty:

Took me 6 months last year. And when I was nearly getting fired back in Feb/March, I didn't get any responses either. Safe to say, I got used to their non-responsiveness. I just know that if I have to search for a job one more time, I'm fucked!

Celebrating 6 turbulent but very fun months of being in this relationship. Picking her up for a surprise picnic when she gets off work - been acting like I have no idea what's going on for the past week, so she should be a surprised :D
