People do it all the time. You don't have a license? Give them 8 dollars. You committed an infraction? Give them 10 dollars. It's that easy, just tell them if you can fix the problem with a "donation"

They are on the ones on the wrong side of the law.

Had lunch today at a food truck with some coworkers. I still don't get the food truck thing. Long lines, slow service, the food isn't any cheaper, and it's still fast food pretty much.
