I have a problem, i got a day off from my boss for Friday, without taking any hours. So as a sort of reward (happens more often at our company nothing special). But still I feel bad because I have had a small conflict with my work. Not a big one but i need to talk with my boss about it on monday. Now I don't know if they gave me the day off just to give me a relax day. Or that they gave it because they want to get rid of me. My contract ends next month.

If you say it is a reward and often happens at your company then I wouldn't worry.
