whats your plan for the weekend mon amour?

- - - Updated - - -

i dont mind horse meat, tastes pretty good
I've not had it, but definitely would as I enjoy meat in general. But undercooked horse "grindings" is not the best way to get it :D

I'm not doing much, working...I have a presentation to prepare on some of the intricacies of a text I'm working on for my thesis. It's really interesting to me, but is still a lot of work. Maybe some wine and a nice meal in there, too. You?

Accidentally told the Finnish internet police to go fuck himself. Told him that he must be a fucking commie or from a countryside and that he should move to the North or to the East (=Russia=commies) since we don't need fuckers like him in here.

Fucking hell. :sergio:

Why are you talking to the finnish internet (wtf`?) police?
I was told that there is some police watching on the internet (blogs, facebood, stuff like that). I remember reading some news about that, some people have got fined for some of their post (racist post, nazi post etc.).

Dat police can't do shit really, but I really don't wanna test my luck...for reasons that I don't share.

That's the thing. Horsemeat can be a good thing if handled well. In fact, I've had cavallo in Italy that I know is handled with more care and quality than 90% of the factory-farmed beef that comes from sick cows sitting on mountains of their own dung, eating their own corpse buddies on a daily basis.

What people get squeamish about, they don't know the half of what they willingly ingest... Most people would be projectile vomiting if they knew how their supposedly acceptable beef was being handled. And here they freak about horse.

So undercooked that a good veterinarian could save the horses back to life.
Piemonte turned me into a massive fan of Crudo di Fasano -- raw veal from Fasano cows with a little olive oil. :lick:

Oh man, it's transformative. I can never dis on eating raw meat ever again.
