I don't know what it's considered today - I'm pretty sure it started off as a hardcore punk (to be precise ) movement. All those subgenres are getting lame though.

I think that's a recurring theme with punk movements..

Yeah, that was in the 1980s. Then punk got popish in the 90's and Hardcore split. There is even a difference in the sound these days. You would be correct in calling it punk, but those really "into" it would specify.

Finally got my rejection call for the job I interviewed for a couple weeks ago. That's a relief.

They wanted to hire both of us, I had good recommendations, but she has a Masters and more experience. They want to throw some consulting work my way, so we'll see. I told them it would depend on my availability.

I interviewed at the place where B and A work last week. I had two interviews, both times the interviewers were late, but I did well. They were impressed with my knowledge of stats, but they can't hire until next quarter unless they promote someone or someone terminates.

There are times when I visualize myself punching an interviewer in the face and yelling "GIMME DA MONEY".

I'm not too worried about it. Times are tough right now, so worst case scenario I get a minimum wage job and take the GRE/LSAT.

Crap. Well, I suppose that can happen when you pull a Cleveland Steamer on the interviewer's desk. That said, hang in there. It's a longer slog, and you just have to keep at it. With time, patience, and persistence, it will come around for you.
