Of course you have to go with the 2nd option. Today's land evaluation is a lot more than the 30years of interest. I think you also have the right to hire a private company to evaluate your land. If the government offers you an evaluation from their side you shouldn't accept.
Yep. But here's the thing,if i go with the second option it means i have to stay here for a while. The Indian Judicial system moves very very slow,probably the slowest in the world. It is easy to bribe but still slow. If i go with the first option i can get the money within a month but if we go with the second option it takes 8 months to a year.
I dont like my brother's lawyer and i might need to find a new one. Probably a firm which deals with stuff like this.

Not excatly, i would have been if my father and his generation did not piss it all away :depressed What's left is given on rent since the days of my grandfather on the SAME fucking agreement. Which means the shop that should be providing me with 30'000 in rent is actually on 200 INR rent per fucking month. You know how these things work in india.
