So whats your routine like? Let me see.

I'm surprised they didn't invite me.

I'm currently on a 3 day split. So I'm doing chest/triceps/shoulder(1st day), rest, back/biceps(2nd day), rest, legs(3rd day) and then repeat. It basically gives me a lot of flexibility due to my busy lectures day. And I personally think it's amazing because I get to hit each muscle group twice a week, which is great. It's all about compound movements now, I have all isolation workouts kicked out so I'm going for mass/strength at this point. It will get more complex around February, though, I'm getting hardcore around that period and I'm planning to totally shred till summer.
