Well, it's not rocket science. If they are not cooked you cook each lobster with 3 litres water and 2 tablespoons salt for every litre. Cooking time goes from 15 to 20 minutes. Water should be cooking first then you immerse the lobsters in the water head first.

If they are cooked just open then and eat the insides.
