Bunch of Arrogant Socialists that don't know what the word 'service' means and clearly have no idea what side their bread is buttered on. I'm a tourist, I bring the money, I don't speak your language because I'm not bloody french, I don't ask people to address me as Gaelige or even in English and I certainly don't act like they are dirt on my show because they don't conform to the way 'things are done'.

Reason enough?

The people of Bayonne on the other hand treated me like a human being.

Right now I'm rubbing deep heat on my back :)

i've been to paris a few times, the french didn't bother me at all, but maybe that was cause i spoke relatively fluent french.
French food is awesome, possibly second best cuisine after the italian imo.
Either way, you should fly down to malta for a holiday :p

It seems I'm the only person who really gets on with them....Parisians are more difficult than other French people (except maybe some in the South), but real problems were few and far between.

Saw what I believed were Canadian footballers today, they were sponsored by something called Marcotte

They were a pack of gaylords to me and so I have tared them all with the same brush

The only way I'll willingly set foot in Malta is if they all lose their faith :D

No idea, sounds like science fiction to me.

its the elder generation which seem to be religious, younger generations aren't at all, which is why, despite all the churches trying, divorce still was passed in malta, even though they tried guilting people into voting for it to be kept out!

We had the same problem 20 years ago when we passed divorce, still do to an extent. So Malta is like a warm 1990s Ireland :D
