Well, my dad, mom and brother work in a bank. My bro got my dad's job in 1998 after he passed away. The main reason people stick with it here is cos it's a secure job with a steady income and minimal chance of you being fired. It's equivalent to a government job. The main reason I didn't want to be one is cos I didn't want this to be a family of bankers. Always wanted to do something different.

That's true, good job security, also a lot of employee benefits. The job is just so unfulfilling though.You feel like you're going nowhere.
