Thanks guys. Andy, you make a good point, but risk management isn't really my domain, i never studied finance and i'm already doing a masters degree in HR, so even if i do get the permanent job after 5 months, how much can i develop in a field that i am not specialized in?
You'll learn a lot on the job, probably. Seems like a lot of the horseshit I learned in school isn't even used in the business world, so if you have decent superiors you might fair just fine. Having the job experience is really what counts.
