Time is the new money. What do people who have lots of money always say? I wish I had more time. Suckers.
Wrong on both points

But once you retire you're not working, not making money. Which you can be doing already right now by working less. It's the same tradeoff, no?
No

Because people who have money invest in 401k’s and other long term investment strategies which secures the money for the future. Retirement in the USA and retirement everywhere else is 2 different things.

Just finished updating my resume and cover letter for this position at work. Basically, I'll be responsible of analyzing call patterns in the call centre, prepare rosters, managing leave of call centre employees and developing 'performance and planning' management reports within specified time frames.

Cool. I've worked for about 6 months as a call center employee and our team-leader manager (basically the job you're applying to) was always a position we were all looking forward to snatch. The payment is better there plus much less to do and even when there is much of it, it's simple and easy. Waaaay better than keeping up with constant calls for at least 6 hours a day.

Exactly my feelings man. :agree:

The job simply requires much less hassle than explaining a freakin' 75 year old how to disable an antivirus program.
