I'm about ready to slow-cook some BBQ baby back ribs and chicken. Perhaps make some homemade pepper mac and cheese.
That sounds like a fantastic dinner, your husband will be a lucky man.
New job is awesome. Never knew trafficking Africans could be such fun.
Do you put them under the deck on a large boat and chain hundreds of them together for months on end?

I prepared chicken rolled with bacon. I added with it leek, cauliflower and carrots. Lots of spices and cream on top. All went in the oven and I tell you, this thing is something.

I don't know what to eat it with though.

Don't have that attitude, women love men who can cook.

A heavy cream sauce?

Sounds good. Might want to try a rice pilaf or something of the sort with it.

Yes, heavy cream. I was thinking taters but rice pilaf sounds good as well.
Wrapped in bacon is always good.

I'm trying out the slow-cooked chicken stuff, both legs and breasts. About two hours worth of grilling. If it turns out right the skin should be like a better version of fried chicken with meat that falls right off the bone.

The ribs slow-cooked for two hours with a spicy rub are the best ribs I've ever had. It's absolutely delicious.
