All the instructors in my college were Phd holders, and all of them got their Phd's from well known and established Western based universities(Canada, USA, France or Britain). Both were prime conditions for an instructor to be accepted here.

In your college they fuckin pay loads of cash so naturally they'll be picky in their staff selection while here (Im talking about almost all the universities here) they concentrate on home-grown "doctors" along with paying, well, let's just say not too flashy pay checks.
