screwed up sleep schedule.
I know a lot about screwed up sleep schedules. These days though I sleep about 6 hrs and wake up early to go to the gym. Its a great feeling, but its just a matter of time before laziness creeps up again.

I had a night where I couldn't sleep at all, it was very disturbing. I didn't even feel that tired. Yesterday (monday) I fell asleep around 20, woke up 2am and I'm still here. Why must sleep be so hard.

Its irritating. There are times when I lay in bed for hours and still don't get any sleep. I end up sitting on the computer, squeeze an hour or two of sleep before I wake up again to get to work.
