Btw what's your take on Illy and Lavazza? Latter seems to be half the price, I don't really see a big difference though.
Lavazza is a fave among Italians, hailing from Torino. It's a bit bitter straight, IMO -- particularly compared with some pricier alternatives. Like Miscela d'Oro from Sicily, which you can drink straight without any sugar.
Illy does amazing things with their quality controls, but it is expensive. Illy is a lot better in Europe, I've found -- otherwise I rarely ever recommend that in the States. (Fresher, I'm guessing.)
It's personal tastes, though. If you have it with milk, as you do, Lavazza may well work just fine.
Best option, though, is to buy local and freshly roasted if you can. The imported stuff is always more stale.
