Getting that toned level of fitness isnt that hard Dushan, keeping is though :D Was in that fitness 3 years ago, when I used to do Capoeira and such besides the usual sports activities, and capoeira helped me become limber and agile (needed strenght plus speed to a level it was quite a nice mix, instead of just strenght like many aspire after).

But you have to be quite active to keep that shape, and last 1.5 years, I havent, so now its like that shape plus 7-8 kgs :D Though it wasnt practical for me to be in that kinda shape anymore, so I dont mind, you dont keep the shape just for the sake of it. But what you do, and how you enjoy etc.
Yeah I know what you mean...Capoeira?Really? :D

I've been doing this for more than a year so far and I had no problem of stopping.First 3 weeks were tough as hell as it was just too boring for me but I got used to it and not I don't see it as a problem.I just HATE cardio,it's something I can't get used to.

To be honest the only ambition I ever had in that direction was skill development in sports. Not strength or speed or bulk or anything else.
Its boring to work out just for the heck of it (especially hard to get started in the first month), but when are highly fit for whatever reason, the reward isnt just some vanity of looking better, but you feel MUCH better and more healthy (way more energy), can do and manage so much more. Constantly feel more fresh, good and alive (I know the sharp differences, because been a yoyo in terms of fitness :D).

Nothing wrong with being average unfit shape, but if you for whatever reason get to that state of fitness, yeah, its defenitely nothing but a good thing (I mean you on ze whole being more fit, not just changing anything but your biceps a little bigger, but your whole body being active and training etc).

theres also virility, confidence, stress release; worth a try
Oh I wanted to ask you something. Are you using steroids..or anything? And are you making yourself those protein drinks?

I talked to some body builders that hate all that staff and they say I should avoid everything, even proteins because it's all chemistry. :shifty: Not to mention creatine or something else. Before that I haven't heard such.So I still don't know,is that stuff healthy or not?

Same here my man, same here. Occasionally mixing it in as a variety is ok, but to do it alot, just for the heck of it, its zzzzzzzzzz and tedious. Rather be active and fit in other ways, then do that again too much.

Just laughed really hard when reading the Palermo-Juve thread.

Lampard (Amaurismo) still thinking Ranieri introduced Poulsen vs Catania to score the winner.

v1rt2r3l4... giving Del Piero some advice on how to deal with the ball when there's a pressure on him :lol2:
u are full of shit as always..

i said that we had more chances when Poulsen got in than in first half..Also I said timing wise it was very lucky for us..

Why do you twist things around, are you retarded or ???

I try to do everything except cardio, like 5 times a week.
This weather is crappy right now so when it gets better I might force myself to start running once again but this time more intensive trainings.

But by your own admission you have to keep working out to stay that way. So aren't you setting yourself up for disappointment? Either that or you got this thing for life. Which I don't even enjoy to begin with.

What do you have as suggestions then? Because sitting in the couch and surfing the internet or watching TV is not in any way doing your body good.

Steroids?? lol no way dude, protein shakes are either meal replacement or just a help with the daily protein intake for some one your size you should be probably get about 220 g daily. Creatine is not so bad as long as you keep hydrated, but for right now i d only worry about getting to the gym regularly and eating well if you get into it it you can invest more by getting more supplements.

I have some PDF's about Body building and training..Send me email if u want to get them...

Cardio is OK if u have fat, but as u are very young and i dont think u have more than 15%..which is normal..
Do weight training, and drink whey protein, that is OK..
In normal food you dont have enough protein to gain some serious weight/muscle..

if you want to get 6/8 pack visable depending on ur body, your fat level should be around 11% or lower..

Sure you can send me that if it's not a problem.

I think I have around 11% but still,I don't think it's possible to get 6 pack abs without doing cardio.
