One of my good friends who finished uni last year has got a job for a company called Mencap doing that kind of thing. Although its mature and children. He said its one of the most rewarding jobs hes had.

Indeed it's just amazing seeing one of these kids respond to a question or make a choice. There is a lot of satisfaction in the job but there is always the feeling that did I do enough hence we tend to brainstorm & learn as much as possible.
