500 bucks for an afternoon? Christ. I've never spent that amount on an "activity" in my life. Someone once propositioned me to go skydiving, but it was like 250 and I thought meh that sounds too pricey.

ok so i just got back from Grand Spa and all i can say is wow. i got the deep tissue and therapeutic massage and it was straight hood.

even though this was my first spa visit and pro massage, i have to say that full body is the way to go.

after the 50min session i lounged in the sauna room with a cold shiner blonde and watched the brewers-phillies.

all in all its a great experience and a new way i found to spoil myself. all i spent was $10 for the beer and tip, the gift certificate covered the rest.

and now i feel refreshed and ready to go out for a night of drankin

Yeah people don't seem to get how amazing just getting a full body massage can be (from a professional). My mom always gets me gift certificates to my fave spa for Christmas and every other holiday. It is the way to go.

Real men get massages A lot comes in that 500 dollars btw. You get a full body massage, facials (not the kind that males think of first), manicures and pedicures, lunch, alcohol, etc. You know girls don't like to put their money into useful things. I'd rather waste all my money on relaxing and shopping.

I wouldn't mind a full body massage at all, I'm just commenting on the price. For 500$, I could think of a thousand better things to spend it on.
