Step 1 complete. 5,5 km in 32 minutes. Not too shabby. After a tough uphill training on Tuesday I rested two days and took a short distance today, I felt that I was faster than before but on asphalt I tried not to torture my legs.

On Sunday i'll do the 10 km again hopefully and this time I want to improve my time by 10 minutes.

I think I speak for many of us when I say you're making us a little uncomfortable with your olympic activities :p

I think you all should be proud of me when I run the half marathon in May wearing a Juventus jersey. Where's the encouragement?
Hey I applaud what you're doing but I feel like I know you less and less from the guy who used to be more like me and not exercise much :D

you have my support. i was planning on running a marathon this december wearing my juve keeper shirt from last season since its l/s. that is unless my muay thai camp decides to print some team shirts
