Real question: What color shoes go well with a charcoal grey suit? I'm thinking a dual purpose shoe basically for job interviews and weddings.

Usually a lighter shade of brown or Camel. Or if you think that won't look quite right, then you should go on the other side of the spectrum with a dark burgundy shoe.

I already have a nice cordovan color loafer, but I feel it looks out of place at something like a job interview.
Don't go with loafers at a job interview. Always have laces, man.

If any shade of brown doesn't work for you, then you call fall back on a nice black pair of shoes.

For any suit I go safely with brown (lighter shades) if its lighter color suits (tho you said charcoal), and just plain black shoes or thick brown with black/darker suits.

This subject and the general matching attire expert around here is @Klin, he's helpful if you have similar tastes.

Edit: Just saw. Basically echo what Serge said in his post too, mens fashion choices in such ways is fairly straight forward lol. I Tend to play it safe with the colours with formal setting like you described, wether its shoes or chelsea boots.

Brown shoes and grey suits usually dont mix. Black shoes is the safe bet with that suit.

Black gancio ferragamo loafers, just trust me on this, it's expensive but they will last you a lifetime and status message
Thanks boys, I will consider all the input. Good thing I'm cash rich at the moment.

LOL. What is the royal kids name?

I semi like UKs proper school clothes ethic they seem to have for kids. My little niece over first day in school to, and its oddly cute seeing in snaps her dressed in a way that seems like it first day in corporate job :D

Sweden is way more relaxed with that stuff.
Prince George, you filthy peasant :D

He goes to an £18,000-per-year prep school, naturally. That kind of uniform is standard for preps.

Based on the activity in the Mod Thread and the increase in the amount of members being banned, I think it's reasonable to call for new forum rules to be established. If someone could start a poll, that'd be great as I am on my phone.

The users here are the customers and it would benefit them and the mods alike to be on the same page. Let's talk it out here, it seems that asking for new mods in the mod thread can get you infractions or straight up banned from the thread as was the case with me. Now hear me out, I'm not calling for new mods, just new rules and leniency. If enough people are in favor, I don't see why we can't work something out.

I'm not completely against that idea (though personally I believe the mod team is just fine, but I agree in a way the members are the customers), but I think people should try to make the effort to understand that being a mod isn't something that's remotely fun. You basically have to put energy into whiny bitches on internet forum. It's not like you get any real authority in return anyway.

Valid points, no disagreement about moderating being a pain in the ass. But it feels like too many members are being infracted and banned. I'm just asking for a different interpretation of the rules or new ones.
