Yup and I just had to get it out and you guys got to be the victims. It's just so hard thinking about it and only because of an idiot who did something, which could easily be avoided. It's like people who fall in love and it's against company rules. "But you can't do anything about love". Fuck off. Of course you can. You're not a 15 year old teenager.
If i really fall in love with someone, i won't give a shit about company rules. Has nothing to do with not being 15 anymore, i just won't follow rules telling me who to love and who not.

I do understand it can be a problem though.

That's not the point. You can always avoid such situations. If you can't, something went wrong in your upbringing. It's funny how certain people always are involved in stuff like this.

Before judging you gotta see it from her point of view. Had it been a secret

- she's loving the job as much as she used to, if not more
- she's probably caring more for kid cause she's visiting home
- she found a good friend (kids mom/dad)

So she obviously benefits. Risking her job, but benefits obviously (until certain point, where she loses a lot).

You can't avoid Love. shocking i know, but i really mean it.
So what went wrong in my upbringing if i choose Love over company rules?
And what do you mean with "certain people"?

I don't wanna piss you off btw, just curious.

The kid has been here for 2,5 years and only now she cares? She did something wrong and even told the kid not to tell. How can you be a professional and tell a little kid not to tell? If she was a lawyer she would be disbarred. Maybe we should stop discussing the specific case. She's all wrong and that's it. There's simply too many cultural and lingual barriers to discuss this. Danish kids spent so much time in institution that people, like my profession, are deeply involved in family life (from a professional point of view). I'm not someone leading a boyscouts group.

I'm talking about people who says they couldn't avoid it. You're talking about not giving a damn about rules. I fully agree there.

Don't get me wrong I'm trying to put the whole picture together and see things from your angle. Never been into such situation so I'm questioning, not bashing and pointing finger at you.

But it's kinda fucked up when you say how you're doing the only right thing. Maybe you are. But that right thing is gonna bring so many negative things with it. You'll probably lose kids confidence and you're gonna fuck up your co-worker. Easy thing to do will bring the hardest and biggest burden onto your shoulders sadly.

Oh, and yeah, it wasn't professional of her. I was not defending the girl at any way.
He's right though, the only professional right thing is to follow procedure. The question though is should one do the right thing

:agree:

When you find out that perfect tranny is working in the cubicle just across the hall, you clearly can't let antiquated company rules forbidding workplace relationships get in the way of a lifetime of bliss.

Para is Serbian for money but used eveywhere in Scandinavia. In Denmark everyone who wants to appear multicultural uses it 😃.

Fuck those cunts. Btw, I was at a Balkan christening a few weeks back and i explained this. A whole bunch og x yu guys (i didnt know them prior to that evening) started planning how we should all head over to My apartment and just wait for him until he comes home, just to spook him. While they were planning some danish guy pulled me to the side and said 'please dont do that. Im a lawyer and that is the most effective way of not getting your money'. i looked back on the other guys, they were lit on rakija and ready to go

You have to do some pretty serious shit or have some strong enemies to get disbarred tbh.

Well, I got drunk. Talked with someone else from work and it seems like this isn't just one case. She's most definitely seeing another family in private. It all makes sense now. This cunt even agrees with me regarding these things, but she's doing exactly the opposite. But I never thought she would do something like this.

Btw- I'm not working with troubled kids. Think about this:
Your kid is getting bullied in class, but the teacher says it's bs. Then you find out that the teacher is seeing the bully's family in private. How would that make you feel?
