Yeah, I definitely get that you're not disagreeing.

People who commit suicide are often clearly not even thinking about how it affects their loved ones. (Kurt Cobain, anyone?) So you might have a point here in that all forms of suicide are inconsiderate to others in some shape or form. But there are personal ways to do it (e.g., Kurt and a shotgun) and then there are people who treat innocent bystanders around them as insignificant and petty insects.

Man, Asif, you give it up easy. But I knew that. ;)

But if you think about it, all they're doing is something that was done to them. When a child is born, then the parents are in a way being inconsiderate to the child. The child wasn't even given a chance to choose whether he wants to come into this world or not, and all of a sudden, he's under the burden of surviving in this godforsaken world. This child was treated unfairly, so his treatment of his loved ones only balances the scales that was unbalanced by the parents' inconsiderate, selfish decision to have a child.

more than not it is the child who is the burden, and by the time he is independent he has this choice you speak of and lo and behold the vast majority chooses to stick around in this "godforsaken world" even in the most despicable conditions.
All they do is just take-take-take until they're old enough to believe the world owes 'em something.

But the parents choose to take on that burden. A child cannot make that choice.

Granted, most people stick around. But they few who choose to end it, don't they reserve the right to end it when they want? It's their life, afterall.

choice to be a burden? whats so bad about being a child? and for how despicable you seem to paint the world people sure are entitled to a lot of rights
