nas and premiere, with some really creative lyrics. I didnt say it was a hip hop anthem but i think it's the best effort lyrically and prod wise.

Dude, you know I love you, and I absolutely adore Nas.

But to me, in my humble opinion, all Hip Hop songs bow to this absolute masterpiece.

NY State of Mind surely beats Nas is Like lyrically. And it's another just as awesome Premier beat.

I know Fight the Power is one of the tracks you're 'supposed' to think is among the best hip-hop tracks of all time, but to me it's overrated and dated.
