I expect Germany to rape Brazil.
    Expect to be disappoint.

Watch Neymar dive in the stands and get a penalty.

Imagine having Ronaldo and Romario in the same line up in 1997.

Then 17 years later in 2014 having to rely on fucking Fred and Hulk.

    :facepalm2:
I mean, even Luiz Adriano for crying out loud...

As a country germany is extremely boring, only denmark might top them in europe.
    :lol2:

Copenhagen is one of the most awesome cities in Europe.
Brought to you by the Danish Tourist Council.(tm)

They haven't lost a competitive game in Brazil in nearly 40 years. As "pathetic" as they may seem, they still have that record to protect, a vociferous home crowd and most likely the match officials by their side. And also let's not forget that Germany has developed a bit of a reputation in the last few years of being chokers in the semi final stage of competition.

The loss of Neymar is a blessing in disguise IMO, because now the attacking midfielders and strikers will see this as opportunity to prove to their country that they can win without their star player. I expect Fred to score.
Not sure how this is related to the WC, but thanks for the vote of confidence.

Spain only as of recently. They have always been chokers on every major tournament before their golden generation. Similar to Holland, qualifying easily for every tournament, only to crumble at the very first obstacle on their way. Probably we'll see more of that Spain from now on. Agreed on Brazil, and I'd add England to that list. Don't mind Argies that much.
i was more talking about the current teams. Argentina isnt that bad its just Messi that makes them terrible. Spain is annoying as shit, while the current Brazil is too overhyped for my taste. i agree on England, i forgot them somehow...

LOL to people who thinks this will be a walk in the park for Germany.

Brazil could field it's U17 team and it would be a tough game.

With Neymar injury, pressure is off and these guys will fight like crazy. And they will probably beat the hell out of German players.

Germany has much much more talent. But they definitely haven't been impressive in this WC. Ozil is playing like shit (as a winger mostly), Goetze is shit (I tend to think he's overrated). The only one playing well in their offensive end is Muller. They are without their best offensive player as well, something which is being overlooked. Reus was by a mile the most in form player they had.

    Defense is slow as fuck.

But they still are much more talented. I see this as a 50-50 game. It will be tight for sure. But could go for any of them.

If Scolari decides to put 3 DMs/CMs in Gustavo, Paulinho and Fernandinho, with Oscar, Hulk and Fred upfront - I don't like it. He'll call Germany to our pitch, letting them doing the tiki taka bullshit.

Brazil needs to keep the tactics, remain overly aggressive, and let William play exactly in the same tactic function of Neymar. The team must remain aggressive. If tactics change and they push back to seek for counters, letting Germans play their game, chances are much lower IMO. It's a 50-50 with William in the starting 11.

So the man who scored and assisted more than half of Argentina's goals is the reason they are shit?

I know a lot of biased bs is spouted on football forums, its what you come to expect really, but I'd love to hear this one.

    He's from Lithuania, ffs.
What does that have to do with anything? I have been quite around europe and those two countries are especially boring. Any chance you have been to lithuania btw? I have been to both of Germany and Denmark a lot of times including Copenhagen.
