no hes always like that hes a weasel "It's the Spanish players who are better to work with. Dutch players already start to say 'Yes, but' when you open your mouth to speak."
What's wrong with him stating his personal preference?

He also didn't just say that recently. That's a long standing belief of his that people have brought up again recently.

and 15 years ago is an eternity, just look at us.
The general principles of how to win a game of football are completely different now to what they were fifteen years ago?

This also happened in a friendly earlier this year against Italy when he went in two footed on someone's ankle.

He's a real danger to play against. For the kung fu kick on Alonso his eyes weren't even looking toward the ball.
Come on Salv, that's not true ,he just wants to have that ball at all costs, yes he plays very agressive and should learn to time, but he has never any intention to break or hurt somebody. Then 75% of the players are a danger to football, like in serie A they play even dirtier, Materazzi? Mexes?Melo:D even Chiello comes in with brainless tackles and i'm glad he plays for Juve too :D. De Jong is a great player, bulldogg type of guy like Davids was, not even near his level tho.

therefore his opinion biased opinion shouldnt be taken into consideration.

and general principals are pretty general, and by us i meant we still play football as if it's still 1995.

What's not true? I think he's a clumsy player when it comes to tackles, he probably doesn't have intention and he is eager to get the ball. I never claimed he was cynical, but overly eager players can also be a danger.

What?

His arms aren't in the sleeves.

Looks like someone has grabbed him and forced the shirt over his head.

Didn't notice that at first.

He's being a gentleman about the whole thing, but its obvious he wants to go.

He'll warm the bench for them for at least two years though, so if he knows whats good for him, he'll stick around for a couple of years.

That he didnt aimed for the ball, he was aiming for the ball! The thing is even when you are aiming, never place your foot up that high. Clumpsy? I'm sorry bro i don't agree, He was one of the best players for Holland this tournament togheter with vBommel imo!

As long as he continues to act in a reasonably proper fashion, Barca are going to have to pay a lot of money for him, and I don't think they can do that right now.

I don't think he'll leave Arsenal this summer, unless he starts acting like a little bitch.

Van Bommel was immense throughout the tournament.
