depends seven. but this was'nt a friendly i mean compared to some of the most anticipated fixtures in this world cup this was wc material if u r catching my drift here. sure third place is worth zero but you have to admire the determination both teams had to win.

Is that really true though? Both teams were kind of sloppy at times and they were less organised than in other games. It was nice to watch, no doubt, but I don't think they'd play this way if it was a final.

Congrats Paul and The Germans around here. I guess he's saved from that BBQ that was happening on his account :D

One thing for Sure is that Uruguay don't deserve to be forth. They should look for a better keeper than Moslera. Sad ending for Forlan to be honest.

All this was expected. Ignoring the midfield and going for more and more goals is what marks every 3rd place match.

It's not that this was the best match in the world cup, it's just that it was the least meaningful and it gave a chance to the players to show their attacking qualities.
