But voting is not mandatory in USA is it? Why not just not vote.
Only a waste of space doesn't vote. It's not only Presidential, there are Sentate, Congressional, Governor, and local races to consider. On the local level we (WV) have 3-4 parties, but there is also a higher level of accountability at the local level and your vote actually counts, where it doesn't count in the presidential race.

To be perfectly honest, candidates just get worse. I'm just gonna play pin the hole in the ballot this year and see what comes up, unless there is some "other party" candidate on the WV ballot this year.
Do you guys have a proper socialist candidate? *

* socialist by European standards, not socialist by American standards i.e center right.

This is proof that no, your vote doesn't really count. And when you only have a choice between two parties that do nothing but lie and enrich themselves, your vote DOES NOT count, and never will.

I might write in Ron Paul just to say I did, but that vote won't count either.

Occasionally we get a Commie or a Socialist on the ballot, so we'll see. It varies from state to state. In the primary we apparently had a prisoner from Texas get a few thousand votes in the dem primary. I voted in the Rep primary so I didn't see it first hand.

I've been registered to vote for ten years and haven't been called for jury duty. But then again something like that wouldn't bother me.

God bless America and their stupidity.

EDIT: Andy, Burke, Cam and Aaron are great though. :D But that's still only like 4% of the whole population.

We get Coke or Pepsi. You gotta be shitting if you think we can actually get Dr. Pepper or a Canady Dry ginger ale. That's like asking for Inca Kola around these parts.
