Actually more like after going 2 down to England, we pretty much battered them for 60 mins and did the same to the Czechs in second gear.

I wanted to be sure of my facts before I posted this. Of course I'm biased toward Italy but even if I wasn't Italian I'd still find there's a hell of a lot to admire in Italian football. But forget personal feelings and let the plain facts speak. I accessed CBC.ca-Sports-World Cup 2006 just to confirm my suspicions that Italia are way ahead against France. In 32 international matches Italy have won 17 to France's 7 with 8 draws, & Italy have outscored France to the tune of 75-44! As for the next Euro qualifier in Italy, against France, who can honestly see Italy do worse than being held to a draw? So, that said...Codino, Giovanotti, Francesco, & every Paesano (too many to mention) in Juventuz fanzone I raise my whisky glass to you all...Forza Italia!
